Is coaching included?: No. All meal plans are self-guided PDFs.
What do I actually get?: A PDF. Recipes, weekly menus and shopping lists inside.
How fast is delivery?: Instant. The download appears right after checkout.
Can I print it?: Yes. Every page is laid out to print cleanly at A4.
Is there an app or a video?: No. PDF only, on any device.
Are the plans personalised?: No. They are ready made plans, with swap ideas inside.
Do you deliver food?: No. We sell plans and recipes, not ingredients.
Can I share my PDF?: It is for your own use. Please do not resell or redistribute it.
Can I get a refund?: Email info@ferbmealplans.com and we will look at it. Our refund policy sits in the Terms of Service.
Any allergy advice?: Always check labels yourself. The plans are not medical advice.
